Goodbye Taiwan, Hello Hawaii

Back to the USA early tomorrow-at least the western most part of it.

*This has been a very enlightening and enjoyable trip thus far.  Everyone we've met, strangers included, have been friendly and helpful.  At least we get the impression that folks in this part of the world like Americans.

*We met Aaron's friend Simon and his 9 year old nephew, Andrew, today. (These are their chosen English names not their Chinese names.)  Cute kid but shy.  He is studying English in school so he speaks and understands us reasonably well, certainly way better than the otherway around.  He likes table tennis(ping pong) and basketball.(We've seen lots of kids in China and Taiwan playing basketball.) Most of all he likes to dance ala Michael Flatley (the Irish dancer-can't remember the name of the show.)  He gave us a demonstration, shyly but good.

Off to bed now-early flight.  I'll try to catch up on some photos in Hawaii.
